So let me just start by saying that the pillows are beautiful.... and compliment my decor perfectly... In the process for redecorating I only purchased 2 to go along w/ the other pillows; that said I get my new couch and really needed 1 more and the item was sold out...from the time I initiated contact and explained my dilemma... the customer service the follow up was fantastic!!!!
